At the age of 7 I knew I was going to be a Healer. In my twenties I joined the medical field. In my mid-30s after suffering a stroke I joined the holistic field. Yoga saved my life. It diminished my trimmers. That's where my holistic healing journey began. Yoga is one of the many tools in my tool box to promote self-care. I also offer guided meditations and South baths.
